Mr. Mahendra Narke

Office Superintendent

Mr. Mahendra Narke has a vast experience of 14 years in administration. He has also worked as library assistant and technical assistant at various places in Pune. Currently he is associated with the Institute as Office Superintendent since 2014. He has various responsibilities like maintenance of admission and eligibility documents, personal files of staff and faculty etc. He also looks after repairs, maintenance and the general upkeep of the premises.



Mr. Arun Patil

Store Keeper

Mr. Arun Patil is working with the Institute since 2007 as a Store Keeper. He is a graduate in Art. He is responsible for the purchase of materials as per the requirement of various departments and maintains minimum stock of stationary material for urgent needs. He maintains the dead stock register for computer hardware/software, office equipment, furniture fixture, electrical equipment and makes them available as when required for verification.



Mr. Sandeep Patil

Clerk- Student Section

He is an Arts graduate. He has two and half years of experience in clerical field. Currently he is holding various job responsibilities such as custody of original documents of MBA students and their final disposal, maintaining eligibility forms etc. He is also responsible for procuring scholarship forms for the economical backward class students and the students belonging to SC, ST, NT, VJ, DT, OBC and SBC and for submitting the same to the Social Welfare department along with caste validity and other documents, complete in all respects within the time limit prescribed by Directorate of Technical Education and Social Welfare department.



Mr.Uttareshwar Kadam

Data Entry Operator

Mr. Uttareshwar Kadam is post-graduate in Arts with 5 years of experience in Administration. He is working with the Institute since 2012 as a Data Entry Operator. He maintains a different kind of records like the Inward and Outward registers, eligibility forms of students, etc. He is also responsible for issuing the bonafide and character certificates to students as per demand. He also looks after the admission process, DTE merit list verification and SPPU examination related work.



Mr. Mahendra Mehra

Secretary to Director/Executive Director

He is a graduate in Arts. He holds a Govt. Commercial Diploma in Stenography. He has an overall and vast experience of 28 years. He has held different posts such as a steno secretary, secretary, personal assistant etc. He is currently working as Secretary to the Director and Executive Director since 2015.



Staff-Accounts Department



Mr. Vasant VinayakMahajani

Accountant

He is a Graduate in commerce & holds Diploma in Taxation. He has around 12 years of experience in Accounts. His Job responsibilities are to Manage & oversee the daily operations of the accounts department such as checking of day to day financial transactions, Bank Reconciliation, Cash book, Fees Reconciliation, Expenses Claims, Budgeting & Projection, Tax return compliance, Finalization of account, co-ordinate & complete annual audit. He is proficient in Tally Software and MS office.




Ms. Prajakta Chandekar

Accounts Clerk

She has 10 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk. She is working with the Institute since 2005. Her duties are to prepare the monthly pay sheet and payment to parties, prepare TDS statement and submit to the chartered accountant, reconciliation of bank statement and fees received, etc. Her area areas of expertise are Tally software, Bank reconciliation, and Fees reconciliation, Cash Book, Bank Book, and Journal Vouchers.

Mr. Rajendra Basarikatti

System Administrator

He is a commerce graduate with 11 years of experience in the IT field. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). His areas of expertise are Administration of Windows7, Windows XP professional, Linux, servers 2008, 2003, Tally server, Internet firewall security, Active directory management, DNS / DHCP management, Exchange server, Attendance system management, Language Lab management, Library Software Management. He also takes care of preventive maintenance of systems and electrical appliances. He has attended a seminar on Symantec Antivirus and Backup management.





Mr. Vinayak Koditkar

Hardware Engineer

He is a graduate in commerce with 7 years of experience in hardware and networking. He is a Microsoft Certified IT professional (MCITP) and has completed Jetking Certified Hardware & Networking (JCHNP) & CCNA courses. He maintains the servers and Wi-Fi network. He also looks after the printer problems, MS Outlook, Network problems etc. He is an expert in computer hardware & networking.

Mrs. Jyoti Kardile

Librarian

She is post graduate in Library and Information Science in 2013 from Department of Library and Information Science, Jaykar Library, S.P. Pune University, Pune. She also qualified the SET Exam in Library Science. She has one year experience as a Librarian. She attended International Conference and State level Seminar in the field of Library Science, and also attended seminar on Content Management using Google Sites held at Jaykar Library, University of Pune. Her job duties are issue and return of books, to assist in annual physical stock verification, to receive international journals & magazines and highlight important articles, news items pertaining to management education / institutes, to maintain the Library Management Software etc.




Soochitra Patil

Assistant Librarian

She is a post graduate in Library Science with 13 years of experience in Library Management. Her job duties are issue and return of books, to assist the librarian in annual physical stock verification, to receive international journals & magazines and highlight important articles, news items pertaining to management education / institutes, to maintain the Library Management Software etc. She also has published a research paper in a National Seminar.




Mr. Balu Kuchekar

Assistant Librarian

He is a post graduate in Arts and Library Science with 13 years of experience in Library Management. He is also NET qualified in Marathi Literature. He has participated in various seminars on Library Management organized by various organizations such as EBESCO, Pearson Education, MIT School of management, Algorithms Consultants etc. His job responsibilities are issue and return of books, to assist the librarian in annual physical stock verification, to receive international journals & magazines and highlight important articles, news items pertaining to management education / institutes etc.UGC NET 2018 qualified in Library and Information Science.
