Special Camp
Special Camp during the Academic Year 2011 - 12

Institute organized a 7-day camp from 02-01-2012 to 08-01-2012 at Ambi Gaon (Tal. Velhe, Dist. Pune), Panshet, in association with Janseva foundation in which 52 volunteers participated

During the tenure of the camp, NSS volunteers collected data completed form filling procedure for ST Concession, FASCON Concession forms, WHO Survey of Senior citizens in Ambi Village (Ambi Gaothan, Warpewadi ) and Rule Village (Rule Gaothan, Halandewadi, Harijan Wasti, Tidkewadi, Mordari ). Apart from field work in village, one group created new garden for old age home people at Janseva’s old age home in Ambi village, which was highly appreciated by the villagers.

Volunteers were addressed by following guests on different topics as shown below:

The main objective of camp was to inculcate social responsibility and self discipline amongst the students. Various activities like Management Games, Group Discussion, Debates, Mind games and Value added program like Language Classes were held.

Volunteers also spent time with senior citizens in old age homes at Janseva Foundation and on the last day presented a cultural program for them.

Special Camp during the Academic Year 2009 - 10


The Institute organized a 7-day camp from 25-12-2009 to 31-12-2009 at Kuran Gaon (Tal. Velhe,Dist.Pune) Pansheth in association with Janseva foundation.

During the tenure of the camp, NSS volunteers constructed and painted more than 120 toilets in the village which were highly appreciated by the villagers.
