Since its establishment in 2004, DYPIMS has provided leadership, not only in research, teaching and dissemination of management-related knowledge, but has also been active and relevant in providing solutions to the many challenges that face businesses. However, the ever-increasing complexities in today’s business environment and associated economic challenges make it imperative to train a new set of leaders, who are able to evolve local but innovative solutions to challenges confronting both the public and private sectors in and around Pune.

At DYPIMS, we are focused on achieving this through teaching, research and extension work. We always seek innovative ways of linking our research findings with the development needs of the area, through policy advocacy, business development, corporate relations, social engagement, consultancy and executive training. As a business school, we have a moral responsibility to make a positive impact on the business community and society in which we serve.

He has earned distinction as an able administrator and was instrumental in the development of many Polytechnics and Engineering Colleges. Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Management Studies is one in the illustrious galaxy of educational endeavors of Dr. D. Y. Patil Pratishthan. DYPIMS is a NAAC- A grade accredited Institute. DYPIMS conducts the two years’ full-time MBA program-consisting of four semesters as per the Savitribai Phule Pune University. “Sky is the limit” and thus is our vision to provide excellent powerful leaders and professionals to manage global organizations in the ever-changing dynamic corporate environment.
